Angling   Clinic

   Don't sweat the small stuff, We are gonna give you , "A stress free learning & fun experience".  Just send us the "Contact Us"  form   we will get in contact ASAP......depending on how busy things are, as to when.....We will try to be quick !!!

         We can provide the equipment needed, but you are welcome to bring your own rod & reel setup & maybe some lures you want to try out & some favorite tackle.    You can also fill out a application (e-z) @ the Fayette County Veterans Service office in Washington Court House @ 133 South Main St. , or can contact us through that office.                                   

   Read Sections 1-7 below for details & requirements.

           1) Clinics are held M - F, weekly, what day , (usually mid week) depends on the weather. Fishing in the rain & storms is not fun or safe !  We have found that these days of the week are the best days to go. 

          2) IMPORTANT !! - When you show up for the Clinic  - Current Military Status ID, or DD 214 required, also required is a Ohio Fishing License, Drivers License or State issued ID. Basically show your qualification & match it to your ID and self, or you can fill out a application prior to booking (we will get one to you on request)

         3) Clinics will begin in the Spring of 2022. Registration for the 2022 season weekly slots begin in the Spring , 2022 on a first come - first serve basis. If we have to cancel due to weather or reasons beyond our control, we are going to provide you with your outing ASAP as close to that reserved date as we can agree on.

          4)  Names for a list of alternates for " Filled Slot " cancellations due to participant cancellations is always open for for the season on a ongoing basis, during the season. If you cancel your filled weekly slot with decent notice you go to the alternate list.   We will "contact" from the top of the "alternate" list if a weekly assigned slot becomes available until the slot is filled again. 

          5) If you are home on leave in the area from a deployment, during the season, don't be shy about contacting us, we will see what we can do.

       6) Alcohol and ANY type of impairment medication, legal or illegal, is not permitted during the clinics.

       7) Knowing how to swim (you will be around water where you could drown if you slip & fall.) is a plus

We will be fishing Paint Creek, Rocky Fork, Deer Creek , or private areas depending on the bite. You may be casting, flipping, trolling, jigging or float fishing, depending on conditions, location and the skill set you desire to practice, learn or use.

                                                                                    Participants only can enter.

                                                                                    Entry cost is $10 added to the 100% payout.

                                                                                    Entry is @ your option payable by put in.

                                                                                    1 Entry per participant per yearly season.

                                                                                    Duration is 4 hours from  time of put in

        Standings based on total weight caught & released of maximum of 2 bass , 2 crappie, 2 saugeye & 1 off species accidental catch.

                                                                                    Fish caught, weighed, & released on the spot caught, & recorded under supervision

                                                                                    No live bait !, Lures, plastics, etc. and the like only

                                                                                    Rod & Reel only, any method

                                                                                    Fish your entry during your clinic time only
